We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. Please be sure to opt in to our shipment insurance program to receive a full refund if your order is lost or stolen in transit.
In most cases exchanges are not available due to items selling out. Sold out items can not be exchanged
You are solely responsible for the items that you put in your cart. If you place an order for an item in the incorrect size it is not our responsibility to exchange that item for the correct size. Please check that all items in your cart are correct before completing check out.
